To request access to the ValorumPRO Copay Assistance Portal, please contact ValorumPRO directly at 844-VALORUM.

Information Required

You will be asked to provide:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Associated practice or practices

Role and Authorization Verification

ValorumPRO will also confirm your role and that you are authorized to access information on behalf of the practice or practices you represent.

Access Approval

Once approved, ValorumPRO will provide you with portal login credentials.

Portal Access

After signing in, you will be able to view patients and claims associated with your approved practice or practices and run benefits verification inquiries.
